If the claim is approved during festival hours please pick up your item at the Guest Services booth located near the main entrance. If the festival has already ended, then we can arrange to ship the item back to you for a shipping fee. No need to make a trip to the festival site as all found items will be sent to our lost and found vendor, Liff Happens, immediately following the event.
Please turn in stray items you may find at the show directly to the Guest Services booth (not to staff/security).
