No risk purchasing: If the festival is postponed or rescheduled, your festival passes will automatically be honored at the rescheduled date. Should you be unable to attend the new date, you can request a refund within 30 days of the announced rescheduled date. If the festival is canceled, your festival passes will be automatically refunded directly through our ticketing vendor.
No. Passes are only valid for one entry to the festival per day. No re-entry.
Yes. Make sure it’s empty and that the bladder is removable for inspection upon entry.
Nope, we do not match tickets with ID’s. Although please be aware of scammers and fake third party ticket vendors when buying resale tickets.
Yes, tobacco/nicotine products (both combustible and electronic) are allowed but subject to inspection. Cannabis products are not allowed in a public park per state/city restrictions. Remember, we’re in a public park! Please dispose of your cigarette butts in a trash can.
This is a cash-free event! We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Google Pay. There will be no ATMs on site and cash will not be accepted at beverage and vending.
No. All attendees must exit the premises at the end of each night. There are no camping areas, nor is it allowed on the festival grounds.
We are an 18+ ONLY event and you MUST have a valid Government form of ID to enter the festival (ID Card, Drivers License, or Passport). If you lost your ID, do NOT delay on getting a replacement – we CANNOT accept DMV temporary IDs, and CANNOT guarantee entry without proper identification. For entry you MUST have: – Any US government-issued driver’s license or ID card containing a photograph and date of birth – US or foreign government-issued passport containing a photograph and date of birth.
Heatwave Music Festival is ADA compliant and our goal is to ensure that everyone who attends Heatwave has a great experience. We have several ADA entrances and viewing locations for fans to enjoy their time. If you have any questions or need assistance with entry, please email: [email protected]
Then we’ll dance in the rain 🙂 Rain or shine the show will go on. Alternatively, hats, shades, and sunscreen are always a good idea!
Prescribed medication (in a container with matching ID to be checked at entry and only containing the number of doses needed for duration of event as prescribed on the pill container).
Yes. We will have a wide assortment of food including vegan and vegetarian options. If you have dietary restrictions and need to bring in outside food, please bring a note from your doctor or nutritionist and our security guards will be happy to help approve items upon arrival.

In our commitment to being good neighbors, For Heatwave Festival (July 16 & 17th), we are extending free tickets to those who live in the immediate area. Please show your state issued ID for admittance.
The radius is Ogden Ave to Cermak Road, and Washtenaw Avenue to Kedize Avenue.
